Over the years we’ve worked on some truly unique Real Estate projects – both residential and commercial. Every building has a story and a personality. And that’s what we help bring to life. Starting with Arcade Sunshine — a century old industrial space where modern day dry cleaning first came to life. Our client wanted a new name. We felt strongly they should keep the exceptional, original name and façade. So, we dropped "Cleaners" and let the sun shine on all the amenities and perks of living there, all wrapped in a highly unique logo, color scheme and brand design.
Real Estate
Originally built in 1912 as a Coca-Cola bottling factory, 700 East Pratt in Baltimore went on to serve the Social Security program (mostly because the construction could hold the incredible weight of the paper and filing cabinets) and other large corporations. Once restored by American Real Estate Partners, we helped bring the history and modern upgrades together with designs and storytelling that, once again, made it the centerpiece of the Baltimore Harbor.
Brought back after years of disrepair, the rich antiquity behind the Modera Sedici building was so beautiful and powerful, we were inspired to create a high-touch brochure (and online digital flip book) that brought the building — originally the Italian Embassy in Washington, DC — and its mystique back to life. Right down to the Neo-Renaissance architecture feel and nod to the priceless artwork that once decorated its hallways and storied rooms. Once home to world leaders, our efforts helped make it home to discerning residents looking for a residence that’s also a piece of history.
Commercial real estate isn’t just buildings anymore. Tenants today demand a better work-life balance. So, when AREP wanted to bring an App to life that provide hyper-local information, resources, offers and opportunities to the businessmen and women working in their buildings, we jumped at the chance and helped create the AREPx App, along with its fun and engaging branding and launch parties. All of which were a huge success, with the overwhelming number of tenants downloading and using the App day one.
