This is the very first JW Marriott property in Virginia, which encourages an upscale, lock-and-leave lifestyle through vivid and evocative storytelling.

Arcade Sunshine — a century-old industrial space synonymous with the inception of modern dry cleaning — retained its name and façade on our advice, dropping “Cleaners” to highlight its amenities through a distinctive logo and brand expression.

Originally built in 1912 as a Coca-Cola bottling factory, 700 East Pratt in Baltimore went on to serve the Social Security program (mostly because the construction could hold the incredible weight of the paper and filing cabinets) and other large corporations. Once restored by American Real Estate Partners, we helped bring the history and modern upgrades together with designs and storytelling that, once again, made it the centerpiece of the Baltimore Harbor.

Mill Creek Residential, dealing in high-quality rental communities, benefits from our work promoting properties across the nation, including stand-out properties like Modera Sedici, the former Italian Embassy in D.C. As AOR, we launched dozens of properties across the United States for their Modera, Amavi and Beckett brands.

Commercial real estate isn’t just buildings anymore. Tenants today demand a better work-life balance. So, when AREP wanted to bring an App to life that provides hyper-local information, resources, offers and opportunities to the businessmen and women working in their buildings, we jumped at the chance and helped create the AREPx App, along with its fun and engaging branding and launch parties. All of which were a huge success, with the overwhelming number of tenants downloading and using the App day one.
