The Mayo Clinic approached us for help with an internal campaign aimed at getting employees excited about powerful, free learning opportunities available to them. Our approach was to focus not only on getting people signed up, but to first recognize their efforts and the crucial part they play in the Mayo Clinic’s success year over year. In return, employees felt they were being rewarded with opportunity, and not like additional work was being expected.
